Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SEH Empower India Foundation ("SEHEIF"), we strive to provide high-quality career readiness services to healthcare aspirants. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Service Nature
The ₹99 payment made on our website is a Service Fee for the generation of a digital, AI-compatible resume. This is an instantly or near-instantly delivered digital service.
2. No Refunds
Since the service provided is digital in nature and is delivered shortly after payment and data submission, all payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
- Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" or if the user no longer requires the resume after payment.
- Refunds will not be issued if the user provides incorrect or incomplete data, leading to an unsatisfactory resume.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users cannot cancel the service once the payment has been successfully processed and the data submission process has begun. Our system is designed to initiate the resume generation process immediately upon receipt of the required information.
4. Exceptions (Technical Errors)
In rare cases where a payment is successful but the service is not delivered due to a technical failure on our part (e.g., the resume is not generated or sent), you may contact us.
- Users must report such issues within 48 hours of payment.
- In such cases, we will first attempt to resolve the technical issue and deliver the service.
- If we are unable to deliver the service after a reasonable attempt, a refund of the service fee may be processed within 5-7 working days.
5. Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical glitch, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
