Welcome to SEH Empower India Foundation ("SEHEIF"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://seheif.org/) and the services provided by us. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Service

SEHEIF provides a paid online service for healthcare aspirants. This service includes career readiness guidance and the generation of a standard, AI-compatible, and hospital-readable resume based on the data provided by the user.

2. Service Fee

Users are required to pay a Service Fee of ₹99 (inclusive of taxes) to access the resume generation service.

This payment is a Service Fee and NOT a donation.
This payment is for a digital service; no physical goods are sold or shipped.
The fee is payable upfront through authorised payment gateways.

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must be atleast 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the resume generation process.

4. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment of the ₹99 service fee and submission of the required professional details, the generated resume will be provided to the user in a downloadable digital format (PDF) or sent to the registered email address. The delivery of this digital product constitutes the completion of our service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SEHEIF and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The generated resume is for the user's personal professional use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEHEIF makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the resumes generated. However, we do not guarantee employment or placement. SEHEIF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

8. Modifications

SEHEIF reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
